Founded in 2002, Biofusion was set up to create and realise value from university owned intellectual property (IP) by providing investment capital and management support to existing and future spun-out companies in return for equity particiption in those companies.

Entering into long term IP pipeline agreements with universities.

Providing short term funding to accelerate the development of its spun-out companies.

Investing in the critical growth stages of the selected companies.

Establishing a professionally managed environment to identify and fund university IP.

Providing the commercial and financial management strategy for newly formed spun-out companies.
