Adjuvantix Ltd

Adjuvantix Limited is an early-stage biopharmaceutical company, focused on the development of rational means to effectively and safely enhance the immune response to prophylactic and therapeutic vaccines.

The Company was formed in October 1999 to exploit the research findings of Dr Andrew Heath, who serves as Chief Scientific Officer. Dr Heath is also a Reader in the Infection and Immunity Group at Sheffield University. Adjuvantix received initial and follow-on funding from the White Rose Technology Seedcorn Fund and additional support from the Wellcome Trust and the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council's Small Business Research Initiative programme. In excess of £600k has been invested in the company since its inception.
